Gemma focuses her practice on North London, where she lives. She has access to several clinics and can make home visits; she only relies on email and telephone consultations where appropriate.

An initial consultation will normally take one and a half to two hours; follow-up consultatiions where necessary are usually quicker, but each case is dealt with on its merits. Prices for consultations are as follows:
First Consultations: £55 per hour.
Follow-up consultations: £30 per half hour.
Medicines: On average, no more than £10 per week.
